ELAP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free civil legal aid and community legal education to low-income individuals and families in East, Northeast, and Southeast King County (including Bellevue, Renton, Kirkland, etc.). Services ELAP offers (including immigration help):
Free immigration legal clinics with volunteer immigration attorneys offering advice/consultations on petitions, applications for adjustment of status, citizenship, and other immigration questions.
Free legal consultations on immigration matters (typically 45–60 minutes) — advice only (not full representation in court).
Interpretation services available.
